Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wordiyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Wordiyo is an educational platform for learning English vocabulary through etymology. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on Wordiyo, including text, graphics, and data compilations, is the property of Wordiyo or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

Payments and Billing

Wordiyo offers an optional paid pass that unlocks premium courses and features; all content described as free stays free. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged securely through our third-party payment provider. A monthly subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel; the one-time lifetime pass is a single charge with no recurring billing.

Refunds and Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us — cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. For the one-time lifetime pass, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied and have not substantially consumed the paid content. To request a refund or cancellation, email us at support@wordiyo.com.

Limitation of Liability

Wordiyo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
